usxorf Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 Just nitpicking on the new cable thing, if it's new housing the plastic sheath wears a bit and will need adjustment. This highlights the advantage of electronic gears in that the cables don't wear. Once you set electronic gears they shift perfect, everytime.

OP, you obviously didn't speak to the right person at Olympic Cycles. Ask to speak to manager, keep calm and explain your situation. Cant go in guns blazing over a bolt.
