Garmin service is tops.

Sold me an out of production heart rate strap for a song

Gave me an out-front bracket for my 800 for free (I just enquired about the price)

Traded my ForeRunner 405 in for a 410 for a nominal amount (way out of warranty!)

I am highly appreciative of the service they provide. Maybe I have too high an expectation of the product and just peeved when I spend 3.6k on something and (with physical abuse) it fails after 16 months.

 

I feel the very same about monster TV's that cost in excess of 7K (word Smart come to mind) and only carry a 12 month warranty.

I've been using Garmin products for many years and with their service levels I can't imagine ever using anything else . Top clas products and service keeps me loyal .

Just to add to the multitude of voices singing Garmin's praises: Nav-world service is excellent, professional, and (above all) helpful.  Way to go guys!
