- Track 2 – Nipper boys, Sprogs and Primary School Sub Juniors – 2.5km, 85m elevation – Nipper B & Sprog Girls – 3 laps, Sprog boys & SJ Girls 4 laps, Sub Junior Boys – 4 laps

 

- Track 3 – All High School categories – 3.1km, 99m elevation – Sub juniors – 4 laps, Youth – 5 laps, Juniors 6 laps
