MTB routes in Citrusdal

Going to Citrusdal this coming week-end and need to train for Transbaviaans. Will probably do the TipTrans route but was thinking to ride up to the Piekenierskloof Mountain resort along the old pass dirt road. Does anybody know if you need permission as it is probably on somebody's farm.
