Local athlete Kelvin Green has embraced the tagline of this year’s Mandela Day Marathon MTB Dash – Triumph of the Human Spirit – in honour of the overcoming of trials and tribulations faced by former South African President, Nelson Mandela. Green placed second behind Joshua Nelson in the Junior Category last year and is looking ahead to better his result on Saturday 27 August.
