Hilux Bakkie Rack

Hi Guys

 

I hope someone could assist me. Has anyone successfully installed/know which components to use to achieve a similar setup as seen in the pictured Ranger, but on a Hilux DC?

 

The bikeracks are obviously some ProRide model and Thule rails, but what do you need to do the actual mounting of the rails?
