Spank Oozy Trail 295 (or 345 if upgrading both rims) around R12-1500 per rim

WTB Frequency Team i25 (25mm wide inside) Around R1200 per rim

Arch Mk3 / Flow (26 / 30mm wide inside) around R1450 per rim

E*Thirteen TRS+ (28mm wide inside) Around R1200 per rim

 

Shimano hubs are bulletproof and you can service them with basic tools - needs regular maintenance. Around R1500+ for a set

 

Hope Pro4 hubs are pricey but will literally last forever.

 

Novatec / ECC hubs are excellent value for money sealed bearing hubs. 

 

Use double butted spokes and brass nipples to get them built.
