Found this on the Sanparks events page. Anybody done this one before? Its outside Kimberley, in SA's newest National Park. I recall that this has a very expensive herd of Buffalo. I wonder if a well know politician has any interest here???

A mountain bike race with a difference.
The SANParks Honorary Rangers Diamantveld Region invites you to a Mountain Bike Classic in Mokala National Park, which boasts a mix of hills and open plains.
The Mountain Bike Classic takes place from 9 - 11 June 2017.
Entry Fees:
35km - R500
40km - R600
80km - R700
Reduced rates if riding in both:
35km & 40km - R700
35km & 80km - R800
Fees include two meals. Medals will be given to all who finish.
