Campy 10sp front derailleur adjustment

I have a Caad 10 with Campy 10 speed

 

Chorus compact crank 50-34 with a centeur front derailleur, 11-23 at the back

 

Gears working perfectly, as soon as Im riding 34 -23 the chain touches the inner part of the front derailleur.

 

Bike has been to 3 reputable bike shops around CT to adjust gears and limit screws, no one can sort the problem out.

 

Last shop I was told I'm running a non BB30 crank in a BB30 frame.

 

Is there any solution to this or something I must live with.

 

Or is there a really good mechanic that can sort this out.

 

I had this problem before with other bikes but most shops could sort it out first time around.
