Morning ride durban, umhlanga

Hi guys.

 

Im still new to the whole cycling world.

Is there any beginners groups that cycle around the umhlanga area, +-20kms, i havent cycled on the road before (only cycled by bluelagoon on a mtb for 10kms) and need to get myself fit again. Dont wanna really push myself on the 1st ride.
