Cable stops/guides for Fuji Transonic

Hey guys.

 

Does anyone know where I can get cable stops/guides for a Fuji Transonic? They are the bits that anchor the cable outer/housing to the frame and guide the inner cable through the frames internal cable routing.

 

I can't seem to find them at any shops as of yet. 

 

 

This is what they look like. 

These are for where the Shifting cables enter the frame by the headtube

And these are for where the cable leaves the frame by the derailleurs and anchor the housing to the frame by the derailleurs.
