Excellent after sales service A big THANKS for the replacement of BMC Frame

In January, I unfortunately picked up a hairline crack on my BMC Mountain Bike Carbon Frame. It was reported to Deane Poulter at Cyclelab Fourways and him and Dylan Girdlestone immediately responded to get things going. They claim was done on my behalf and Herman Bekker of Abloc immediately inspected the frame and issued an instruction that the frame would be replaced. All during this process I was kept informed and Herman even gave me a call when the frame was delivered to Cyclelab for rebuild. Saturday I was fortunate to collect my BMC again.

 

Although the detection of the crack was a disappointment, I fortunately did not have any frustration during the replacement process and only have a testimony of good support and professionalism for both Cyclelab Fourways and Abloc.
