Jacoo Posted March 29, 2018 Posted March 29, 2018 Hello people.I dont know if this has been posted before, but Im looking to design custom decals for my 29er wheels. The part i am unsure of is the curvature of the sticker. If the rim walls were "flat", as in 90° from the floor, i could just measure the rim diameter and then curve the design so it follows that arc. Thing is, the rims obviously slope inwards from where the tires meet to where the spokes are. This would change the radius of the sticker and i cant seem to find a way to measure this. Does anyone know how or have templates for any decals? I know there are people that do this but i dont want to pay R800 for a set.. If i just have the curvature i can design it myself and have it printed for cheap.. The rims are giant SXC2 by the way.
