He's always provided great advice and service with the ability to fix things, not just replace them and his pricing is very competitive. Great wheel builder too! He's a fountain of knowledge and always a good spot to stop in for a chat. Recently my Shimano brake lever started sticking closed. He's fixed the same issue on my old bike but this lever was shot. I've got new brakes coming but only in about two weeks. Paul took a Deore XT lever off one of his own bikes and has let me use it until my stuff arrives. Amazing service and someone that I will continue to support whenever I can!
