Drivers license

I picked up a drivers license for a CC Lombaard,  female born 1977, on route to Koeberg from Melkbos.  If anybody can assist me in finding the owner.  I am assuming she is a cyclist as I found it on the track next to the road 3 km from the entrance to Koeberg.
