I've ridden the course a couple of times, and it certainly offers a variety of terrein, some "purist" might not like the long flat section of open gravel road, but that is mostly to make the ride a little bit longer and make your trip all the way from Cape Town worth while.

It's always great to go ride a new route, especially on pieces of land where you wont have access for the other 364 days (unless you know the organisers.....

I'm looking forward would like the bit of gravel road to give it some distance.. Not like the endless pushing up very very steep hills as with the Dirtopia festival and Tru Cape You would probably recognize me as definately not the thinnest of okes there!
