Excellent customer service - Marz Cycles

I must commend Gugulethu, service guy at Marz cycles, I took my Giant OCR in with a seized pedal, which 3 other bike shops could not get off the crank. Gugulethu went out of his way to have it removed wiht no damage to the crank arm. He also serviced my bike and washed it.

 

When I went  through to pick it up, he gave me advice on what needed attention in future, namely chain, tyres, etc.

 

His customer service skills and people skills are superb. I wish you all the best.
