How to unpair a Giant UUID from a Giant neosgps or from a Giant account

Hi

I just brought a Giant Neostrack gps and want to pair it with my Giant app but the previous owners account is still paired with the Giant computer UUID

How do i get it unpaired from that account?

Only the previous owner can unpair it on his Giant app. The seller should have done this before selling you the device.

The seller must follow these steps on his Giant/neostrack app.

Setup>my setup>device manager and then press the icon that looks like a no entry sign next to the uuid number of the device.

It's an antitheft feature so it must be unpaired by the previous owner before you can pair it to your giant account.

It needs to be unbinded at server level in Taiwan. You should of got a pop up on the screen saying "email carlos@giant.......".
