Delta Park down to Paulshof (Witkoppen)

Has anyone ridden the full length of the spruit lately, mainly the section from scout hall all the way down to witkoppen at Paulshof/Sunninghill area? Any surprises or safety issues to know about? Thank you in advance

I ride between Emmarentia and Saints quite often, thats just a bit more than half the way, only area I know of that might cause issues is the area around Dowgbox, other than that pretty good, id just stay away earlier mornings if you want to be a bit more careful.
