Our security guard has confirmed that a pedestrian in Ley Rd, Victory was walking along the street with his find. Please share on community groups in case it is handed in anywhere. Close up pic: The tyre is different to the rear wheel.. The front wheel has a more expensive, lighter, newer tyre on it.
