I actually get excited when my back tyre looks tatty n worn.

Believe it or not it actually helps you become a better MTB?er

?      Makes you a better climber by forcing you to remain seated on climbs.

?      Actually makes you faster as there is less rolling & braking resistance.

 

So my advice is to either save it for a big training ride / race day

OR

Go big and ride that sucker to the canvas!!! whilst showing the boys how to how to slide into a corner using just the back brake!!!

After seeing what the prices of tyres are, I will be sticking with my back tyre (in the back of the bike) until it is finished.
