Great Service - Topeak

I have to give a big thumbs up to Topeak for their excellent backup. A few weeks ago they replaced a pump lever for Mahala (turnaround time 2 days). I recently sent in my Defender mud guard which had a broken mount clip. I received a brand new mudguard!

 

The pump was about 6 years old and the mudguard was broken inside a crammed storage box.

 

Apart from making great products you can be assured that they will look after you long after the sale has been made.
