JPW# Posted January 27, 2009 Posted January 27, 2009 I've been riding a ten speed hollowtech Ultegra crank for the past 30 000 odd km and after buying a new frame I installed the old bb and crank into the new frame , it wouldnt spin like it used to, infact it wouldnt spin at all its kinda stiff. My question is, do I need new cups? can you buy new cups? or do I need to buy a new crank to make it spin again? ( I lubed everything properly before re-installing)
