Torque settings for road/mtb bike

Where do one get the correct torque settings for bolts on your road or mtb bike.

 

Usually phone the LBS, but there must be some sort of list somewhere.

What I've picked up so far (please correct me if it is wrong)

 

cassette 4 nm

seat clamp on carbon seatpost 6 nm

MTB Discs bolts 6.2 nm

carbon Seatpost into carbon frame 4nm

 

Would like to know the following for alu and carbon.

 

Crank torque

Shifters torque

Brake levers torque

Stem torque (onto frame).

Handle bar onto stem.

bar-ends torque.

 

any other usefull torque settings also welcome.
