Cassette spacer for Tiagra on Mavic M10 Hub

Hi All

 

I want to move a 9 speed tiagra cassette to a Mavic Aksium wheelset with the Mavic M10 freebody, but it does not fit perfectly as the mavic free body is a bit wide (it is 9speed compatible)and there is too much play in the cassette. Where can i get a spacer to fit on hub first, or what else can i use???

You do get spacers to solve this problem; got one from my LBS a while ago (was not new so they gave it to me for free )

 

If there is lots of space, you could even try an old small cassette ring as a spacer.

My LBS had a spare one lying around which they also gave for free, very nice of them, it works perfectly now
