Weekly on Sat at 2pm in Winter I ride some special lil singletrack an other bits from Southern Right Hotel in Glencairn - one route goes like this - a nice gentle quiet tar climb with a tight right onto single track eventualy up the horse trail (a hard climb but much shorter than Ou Wa Pad) a test of staying all the way in the pedals too though - a left an right an onto single track that will put that smile  on for you when you done it a few times - Accross the Kom 4 way robots and at the bottom of Ou Kaapse Weg is a place that you will probly not find but it leads to a section that you realy want to find - Trust Me
