Hmm, so snorting crack for probably his entire adult life is okay now, if he agrees to pay a 1000 euro fine.!

 

I think he has a tough time coming to grips with reality and a slap like this just increases his sense of invincibility.

 

He probably thinks he is not doing anything wrong, I mean a bit of crack, an underage girlfriend,......................nothing too unusual.!
