Cycling SA registration headache

I'm trying to register my racing partner for a MTB license.

 

I could just join the site and add my license online + the photo and submitted it and payed my cart.

 

Her ID number is already registetred on Myrace so we can log into her profile, but there's no links to add a new license/club or to upgrade.

 

Does this mean we have to fill out the forms and fax everything through now? Like in the old days? We kinda need the lic. number before the 10th. Tarryn at CSA told me that she'll give us a number the moment we registyer and pay, so what now.

 

I would have preferred to submit everything online like with my own lic. If we fax it means that we have to take ID photos too now..
