tabasco Posted September 7, 2009 Posted September 7, 2009 Hi all, I will be riding a long distance event in December Distance 340km in 24hrs. Can anyone help with training programs and nutrional advice suited for this type of endurance event. Thanks all advice most welcome.

SeanMort Posted September 7, 2009 Posted September 7, 2009 Send frail a PM . He's done this type of distance riding a few times .. Jhb to Cape Town in 3 days, and then Argus 2009 twice a few days later ! .. Cape Town to Knysna in around 25/6Hr's, Knysna Argus, and then back, etc.
