So my bike seized up yesterday on a chilled, flat section. Got off, found a link in the chain had twisted and that the arm of my SRAM X9 rear derailleur was slightly bent.

The body of the derrailleur is fine, the derailleur hanger is straight. It's just the arm that holds the jockey wheels which is slightly bent.

Now can I try to bend the arms straight again? Can the arms be replaced seperately or do I have to buy a whole new derailleur?
