Hi

I have a 9speed ultegra groupset. Currently using a 12-25 casette and am fairly fit. Picked up a 12-23 casette and a 11-21 casette. Deciding to use the 11-21 casette when im doing circuit ( Flat rides.) is that fine?  need a suggestion on long rides. Should I use the 12-25 or 12-23.
