The expat cyclist Posted November 21, 2009 Posted November 21, 2009 I stopped "racing" about halfway in. I had so much fun in the mud...I even stopped to help some guys out that had bike trouble! Only one said thank you afterwards - imagine that!

Think I will just drop it at the LBS tommorow and wait for that phone call to tell me what needs replacing( the ?bb, ?new pedals, ?cluster, ?chainrings, ?brake pads, who knows what els?) But hell, that was fun!

Man, you came past me at a pace I could not manage...It was like riding on soap with my my tyres!!! This picture was taken by an un-official photographer - my fiance...

MAN but you ride like a man posessed , is your training partner Lance Armstrong ?? Thats my traing ground , i stay there, so i guess that was a home ground advantage.
