NCR Bluetooth converter

Hey,

 

does anyone know of a device that you can plug into your normal car kit that then converts it to a bluetooth connection.

 

Have the car kit, now I want to change the phone that it takes, so I was thinking if you get something that you can plug into the cradle where the phone used to go that is then enabling it with bluetooth I can then use any bluetooth cell in the car

 

 

Any ideas?
