Do any males do a morning MTB outride in the South of JHB during the week? We ride at Rietvlei, but looking to do more distance. To dangerous for women to ride by themselves.

PM Big Ben, Rad006 also rides in the area. There used to be a group that rode from Panarama shopping center but dont know if they still do.
