Hobbler Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 Following the immense tragic news onAdam Reyneke!! Mydeepest condolences to the Reyneke family. Nothing beats an out ride so early in the morning experiencing the Rising Sun,but reality shows another open grave. Virgin Active Glen Marais - Kempton Park (JHB) will be adding more Spinning Classes starting on Sunday 11 April 2010 @ 7am to accommodate all - especially cyclists wishing to add more time in the saddle. Starting with a 90 min Class. I know Indoor Spinning cannot replace an Out Ride.... but enjoy the RIDE!!
