Advice on correct frame size

I cant seem to find what i want within my budget and the correct size. my inseam measures 81cm so it seems i need to be riding a 54cm. i can only come accross a 56cm which i really like. would i be making a mistake going for this option. my current frame measures 58cm C-T and C-C measures 54cm.

 

 

 

can someone please advise me on my situation.
