Merida / Cytek Cycle Distributor

I am quick to complain but will also compliment when appropriate.

 

I bought a Merida MTB in Dec'09 and then decided to buy a road bike and again went for Merida. I like the brand and they are very good value for money when compared to other brands.

 

The compliment goes to Derek & Robiie from Cytek Cycle Distributors who respond to a concern I had with regards to a cracked fork within hours. To top it off it was only a scratch and I was just being paranoid but they were incredibly professional and accomodating. I dropped of my bike at Westedene cycles (where I bought it) on Monday 1 November 2010 and within 24 hours Cytek had already collected it, checked it out, polished the scratch out for me and also given the bike a once over to see if everything else was ok.

 

Impecible service creates huge loyalty. Well done and thank you!
