Bike Hire in CPT

I will be in Cape town this weekend (2010-12-10) and without transport on Friday. I was wondering if anyone knew of a place where I could hire a bike. Preferably a tandem as I've been promising the GF that we could give it a go at some point, but two separate bikes will do as well.
