Tubeless ready ???

The tyres say tubeless ready. The rims have blue plastic lining over the spokes. Where do I go from here? What about the valves?

You have two options:

 

1) Buy a tubeless conversion kit (the Stan's one goes for R600 or so), which gives you rim strips with built-in valves that you pull over your rims to seal them, ready for tyres to be mounted with our without sealant (also included in the kit).

I did a ghetto conversion (with proper UST tyres, but normal rims) in December, it's worked perfectly so far!
