Ok so I paid my fees and as the organised one in the bunch I registered Betty's licsense - now as I said I paid the fees - still do not understand it though - was included in CL last year however not anymore - do not get the plastic card anymore - now a pdf one - rate is R75 plus provincial fee and some road cover - any way all done lets not debate that - so we pay more and get less
