how is the 56km route, flat/fast?

not much to review on, its reads heart rate give speed on the bike, and allot of other stuff that i will not really use

got myself polar HR rs880cx bike, not bad at all. atleast I know that I am alive now

they are trying to get that status

Parys has got a few good place to eat, they expand allot, We like to go there now and again on the motorbikes for nice breakfast

We also moving to Greenstone hills next month, would also like to join the group Team Edenglen Cycling Kind regards 2w

Hi doing the 56km

howzit Will be my first one as well cant wait, just did the Northern farm race past Sunday (36 km), got my bike last week Monday so fitness still an issue.
