I have noticed that the FPC Nissan 6 hr race on the 24th October is only scheduled to start at 9am, which means we will all be cycling in the hottest part of the day 9 - 3pm. It makes sense to start a race like this at 7am and at least escape some of the worst heat of the day. What about it Fritz? How about starting earlier? Can someone please bring this to his attention.

we both enjoyed the race very much. unfortunately the lack of water was a problem. It was well organised with sufficient markers and marshalls....something FPC Nissan series race organisers should take note of. What about starting these races earlier. It is already vey hot by 8. Our beautiful weather allows us to start earlier so how about it???

No sure what you were smoking, but I saw medics in 2 places on the race. Yes, the water was definitely a problem and when we spoke to Mr Johnson, he was very apologetic. Can't agree that it was badly organised...you obviously did not ride FPC Nissan down & dirty. That was badly organised. No proper route markers and ABSOLUTELY NO MARSHALLS on the route
