Hi Hubbers, I need some help.....i am looking at converting my bike ( 29 inch softail) to a 1 x setup ( from a 3 x 10) unfortunately the minister of finance has limited my options....Also, there are so many different post that its actually confusing. I know its all personal preference but i would like to hear from you guys as I am considering one of the following: Shimano SLX M7000 11-46 1 x 11 (R2990.00) vs Sram NX Eagle 11- 50 1 x 12 (R4990.00) is it worth it forking out the extra 2k for the Sram? i am the average weekend warrior doing maybe 200km a month in and around the cradle. i am considering a 34T front chainring.
