I have a Giant xtc carbon frame (2016l. I saw an add the other day of a similar frame that was "refurbished" with amongst other internal cable ways added. My frame is in fairly good condition, although I had one major fall with it 2 years or so ago. No serious scratches etc. Is it advisable to "refurbish" a carbon frame? If not refurbished the internal cables look attractive! Where can one have this done in the Western Cape?

Something that can take all your cycling gear for a weekend (or longer) away... Something with separate compartments for: - Shoes - Helmet - Clothing - Water bottles and supplements - protective and compartment for electronics/computers etc
