It's amazing how much motivation you can draw from getting out onto the road or gravel without Strava, watch, cycle computer and just enjoy the very same routes you usually try burn through. Another way of getting your mojo back is to introduce a new person to the cycling/MTB game,show them some routes, get them interested and then when they start whipping your fat ass you have no choice but to regain your mojo with interest.Wax on, wax off.

Hope somebody can help me, I was given a Merida Theorema 907 carbon road bike, I have no history of the bike what it's worth or what year it is? Group set is Shimano Ultegra, flight deck shifters. Can anyone shed some light on this bike, us it any good? Thanks
