  1. I guess it could fit, thanks
  2. Ideally something for the front (not sure what can fit) for my light/computer and GoPro
  3. Hi, so I have the giant advance TCR with hydraulic brakes, and I'm looking for a gopro mount recommendations. I attached a pic, as you can see not much room at the front, I 3d printed something that I'm too scared to test, and I have the bike light attachment that I can get a Garmin to go pro adaptor. Any thoughts?
  4. So I thought let me check the front tire (it was also replaced) . I put in the pump, and sealant squirted all over the floor.....did they put too much sealant? It was on 5 bars....
  5. Thanks for the reply by the way. I'm stressed enough before the race, and now tire issues
  6. Yeah I don't really have that kind of skill yet... Should I rather leave it on 4bars?
  7. Hi everyone, I recently replaced my tire on the road bike, I took it for a very short ride yesterday , I rode over a drainage usually not a big issue but I started hearing air coming out. Tubeless did it's job I pumped it up a bit and continued. Today I tried to pump it a bit more and sealant and air came out! but the hole got sealed again, I can't seem to get it pumped over 4 bars. I took it for a quick ride and it seens ok but I need the tire harder. what is happening? Did the people who installed my tire did a *** job ? is it best to put in a tube for the race tomorrow? I must say I have this bike for 5 years and I never had to deal with flats or anything tires related,.
  8. thanks for the explanation. I usually , not just for my bike, compare a few quotes before deciding.... As per ChrisF, if it is R750 lever+hose+caliper from Shimano, I would expect a R1500 to be a fair price....
  9. Currently the bike with Solomon's....sportsman warehouse want to send it to titan.
  10. Hi, I have the E1 and the lever of the breaks broke after a small crash, I just got a quote for R2000 and another shop said they will have to send it back to titan. Why so much? they both explained there is an electronic component that needs to be changed and because of that the whole breaking system needs to be changed....does it sound right? I attached a photo.
  11. Does anyone have a gpx file for this by any chance?
  12. Thought it's just a nice to have....
  13. I got the Titan! Is there a way to unlock it to get higher speeds?
  14. I can get the titan for R7000 cheaper.
  15. Ok I suppose the titan it is then....unless someone have anything positive to say about the avalanche? 🙂
  16. deore and 105.....so mid level
  17. Well those are the details on the official sites....so not sure! Titan e2 is also about7k cheaper ....sounds like the titan is the one to go for. not sure about the components also, I have Shimano on my MTB and Road bike....that's what I am used too...
  18. excellent backup? After reading the specs again, I am slightly confused.... Titan is: 36V,10.40AH LG Battery Cell, 2600MAH Battery Avalanche : 500W / 36V / 12.8Ah which is better?
  19. This bike will be shared with a few people, commute, not hectic trail rides, and for my partner to join me on a mountain bike rides, trying to get her into cycling. nothing too technical.
  20. Unfortunately my budget is 25k....I am sure 7-8 years ago I asked a similar question and the advise I got here was "spend more" (different amounts/different bike) The advice was correct and after 2 years I upgraded....currently I can't spend more....so should I wait?
  21. What do you recommend?
  22. Hi, currently the Titan E2 is on a great special for under R20000 however the avalanche mte is also looking good, more expensive but with double the battery, the bike will be used to commute, taken on the trail but nothing too hard core, and also to get my partner into cycling, so she can join me and my friends on a weekend ride.
  23. Thanks....looks like it'll be a fun one!
  24. Hi, I am not new to MTB but this year I did mostly road cycling, fitness wise I should be ok for a 25km MTB but what can I expect in terms of steep climbs/drop offs, narrow single tracks? I think my main concern is being slow on the single tracks while the racing snakes are behind me ....:-) Also I saw a video with a very narrow water bridge,is this on the 25km? I did the juma bridge a few times before....but as I mentioned ,haven't really done any MTB this year.
  25. AI I think I lost it
