howzit guys hope u can help my front brake pads closed up , pushed them back with a soft tool but its to close and scrapes my disc brake , should i bleed my brakes since ive got no clue how to do that i would appreciate any help cheers guys

hey guys i wonder if u could help me out , new to this mtb i have a giant upland se 5years old did the 94.7 this year and went riding this past weekend at groenkloof (pta ) great fun but know im looking to buy a a decent mtb that i can keep for a long time my budget is between 14-to 18 , i m a normal size oke (im told a large frame is for me) what is a good brand and good aftermarket support any help will be greatly appreciated
