total *** this saseeding , finished in the top 50% in trail seekers race race 1 in june (quite an achievement for me) and being my only seeded race I'm still in the last group ! seriously !!!!! home affairs would runs better then sa seeding !

hey guys i have the standard 26 2.1 cross marx (standard tires ) wanna change them to conti or something more grippier and good for race what do you guys suggest for back and front ?

hey all did the loop on sunday must admit was very busy lots of cyclist out there trying to get their last minute rides in , was very chilly to start of on sunday and a bit windy but great training !!

when you reckon is better to ride on sat or sunday morning ?

second time we rode there the wind was very strong had to be real careful around the corners

doing it with a mtb with slicks sorry guys left that out thanks klappetjie

get a lift up the first hill dont go down the one way thou seen guys doing it

the bike computer said just short of 59km but the gps on the phone said only 57 so there a bit of a diffrence there
