  1. No it is for my brooks saddle. Thanks guys for all the info
  2. I am just concerned that the guy might be a scammer, he is not asking any questions about the thing I am selling, just wants my banking details. Normally people asks questions or want more info.
  3. Hi guys, I am selling a few items here on the hub. I have someone interested in one of the items and this person requested my bank details. My question is, what can this person do with my acc no, bank name and account type?
  4. Thanks for the link, some good reading there!
  5. I have never tried one, going with reviews.
  6. Are anyone using these saddles on a mtb, more specifically a enduro or all mountain bike? I have a nukeproof saddle on my transition patrol which is extremely uncomfortable. The brooks saddle is described as very comfortable on a lot of forums and reviews and looks cool! Most people however do not recommend using them on a mtb due to water etc damaging the saddle. But I think our conditions here might be different.
  7. Thanks for all the replies guys, I lifted the bike off the ground and noticed the front wheel does not rotate as freely as it should, I re-aligned the breakpads, it is much better now. I will take the bake out later to see if the shuddering problem is still there.
  8. No I cannot feel the line, there is no scratches on the rotor, in total the bike has about 50km on it, everything is new. Will the shuddering disapear over time as the brakes get used more?
  9. Photos of brake and other side of rotor
  10. I took some more photos, will post them now. The brake pads are there and some wear is also visible on the other side. It looks like I might need to replace the pads or rotor? Can this cause the shuddering?
  11. Thanks guys, I bought all the parts and had my lbs built the bike for me. Will ask them to check. I did try to post a photo but it is larger than 2 mb.
  12. Hi Hubbers, my front brakes and fork shudder under heavy braking, I tightened the headset and the axle but it didnt help. It is a new bike, so no worn parts. I did however notice a "line" all around the rotor. I rocked the bike forward and backwords and could not feel any play? The bike has storm hc rotors from magura and mt trail brakes. It is a enduro bike with minnion dhf 2.3 tires and heavy hope 35w wheels. Could the aggressive tread on the tyres cause this? Your help will be appreciated!
  13. Thanks for all the help and advice, I look forward to the challenge!
  14. I plan to buy a torque wrench, can you recommend the park tools one? Will 2-14 nm one be fine?
