Does anyone in SA make them? or anyone know how and would like to teach me?

I’m looking at getting a new track bike and the aventon is catching but my eye. I’m gonna be using it for commuting and eventually some racing. Mainly looking at this bike cause I want a more modern frame that isn’t R10,000 for just the frame :/ Anyone know how they ride? Are they nice for commuting and just getting around ? Also is there anywhere in SA where you could buy one? Or would I have to order it from the states
